Taking into consideration the actual Covid-19 situation and considering that the International Sunflower Conference is a key moment in the life of the sunflower community and ISA, the organization team and the ISA Board decided to postpone the conference once again, to 2022 year.
The ISA Board, also considered that maintaining structured exchanges on some key topics was needed and made possible by using the internet technologies.
Several initiatives from ISA Board members emerged, one of this being the Workshop on Climate change – Sunflower Resistance to Drought, coming from Romania.
The proposal is for a hybrid event, which will be held in August 19-20, 2021.
You can attend the workshop in person, at Ovidius University in Constanta, Romania, or Virtually, from your home or work.
More information will come in the near future.
